This document describes the use of cookies on the RegMedGrupp website: what data is collected, how it is processed, and how users can manage their settings.

Revision: 2026
Status: In force
Jurisdiction: RF · EAEU

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) describes the procedure for the use of cookie files and similar technologies on the RegMedGrupp website (hereinafter — the Site), as well as the procedure for managing their settings.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Site, a visitor confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to the use of cookie files in accordance with it.

1.2. This Policy is an appendix to the Personal Data Processing Policy and has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

1.3. Should the visitor disagree with the use of cookies, the visitor has the right to disable them in their browser settings or to cease using the Site.

2. What Cookie Files Are

2.1. A cookie is a small fragment of text data that a website saves in a visitor's browser when they visit. A cookie makes it possible to identify the visitor's browser on subsequent visits to the site, to save user preferences, and to collect anonymized statistics.

2.2. Cookies do not contain viruses, cannot independently execute program code, and do not have access to the file system of the visitor's device.

2.3. By storage period, cookies are divided into:

  • session cookies — automatically deleted when the browser is closed;
  • persistent cookies — stored in the browser for the specified period or until they are deleted by the user.

3. Which Cookies We Use

3.1. Technical (Strictly Necessary) Cookies

These ensure the operability of the Site and its key functions. Without them, the Site cannot function correctly.

  • csrftoken — protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF);
  • sessionid — identification of the user session;
  • django_language — the interface language selected by the user.

3.2. Analytical Cookies

These are used to collect anonymized statistics on the Site's traffic, visitor behavior, and the effectiveness of individual pages.

3.3. Functional Cookies

These save user preferences and improve the quality of interaction with the Site:

  • accepted cookie consents;
  • the hiding of banners and notifications after they have been closed;
  • the selected interface language.

3.4. Cookies of Anti-Spam Protection Services

These are used to prevent automated requests, spam, and other undesirable actions:

  • Yandex SmartCaptcha — verification that the user is a live human when submitting requests.

4. Cookie Storage Periods

4.1. Cookie storage periods vary depending on their type and the purposes of their use:

  • session cookies — until the browser is closed;
  • technical cookies — from several hours to a year;
  • analytical cookies — up to two years from the date of the last visit;
  • functional cookies — up to a year.

4.2. Upon expiry of the storage period, cookies are automatically deleted from the visitor's browser.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

5.1. Cookie files and the anonymized statistics collected with their help may be transferred to the providers of the web analytics and anti-spam services listed in Section 3, solely to the extent necessary for the provision of the respective services.

5.2. The transfer of data is carried out on the basis of contracts with the service providers that stipulate obligations to maintain confidentiality and protect data.

6. Managing Cookie Files

6.1. A visitor has the right to manage cookie settings independently through their browser's tools: to allow or block the saving of cookies, to delete previously saved cookies, and to configure notifications about cookie requests.

6.2. Instructions for configuring these settings are available on the official pages of the developers of popular browsers:

6.3. Disabling cookies may result in the partial or complete inoperability of certain functions of the Site.

7. Amendments to the Policy

7.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to make amendments to this Policy. The current version is always available at the address of this page.

7.2. Significant changes are accompanied by an additional notification to visitors on the Site's home page.

8. Contact Information
